With over 35 years of experience in the food & beverage industry, French chef and owner, Gabriel Cambon, is an accomplished restaurateur with a proven track record, having owned and operated the L´Recif Restaurant in Manzanillo, Colima, for over 15 years. He is also proud to have worked in many of the most prominent resorts throughout Mexico, including the Camino Real in Mexico City, Puerto Vallarta, and Cancun, Las Hadas in Manzanillo, and Palmilla Los Cabos, among others.
